- RUSTIC with hessian, wood round logs, lanterns, greenery & acorns
- VINTAGE with gold frames, candlesticks, candelabras & vintage vases
- BOHO with lace, lanterns, gold candle holders & jar vases.
We can coordinate creative and unique styling based on your own colours and theme. We will also deliver straight to the wedding venue and even set it all up if you need us to!

Luxury under the stars
Glamping Bell Tents
Book a beautiful bell tent village for your guests (and even a honeymoon suite for yourselves.)
We ask for a small deposit from the couple to secure the date and then deal with all your guests directly (inc payments,)
We’ll set up ready for their arrival.
All tents come furnished as standard with single camp beds or double mattresses which rest on the floor (these are 4″ memory foam, tri-fold mattresses,) matting, door mat, bedside table, lantern with power bank (for phone/device charging,) fairy lights, bunting, chalkboard sign with name of guest(s) on it, blanket, bottom sheet.

We also have a larger (6 x 4m,) beautiful Emperor bell tent. It’s a really versatile space and can be booked for a number of different uses (bar / chillout area / creche / dressing room / sleeps 8,) whatever you may want it for! It can come fully furnished in a variety of different styles to suit.

Leilah was my wedding coordinator and I couldn’t have asked for more, both from her and her partner Nick. They were both super on it with all requests. We simply would not have been able to have the day without them, the day ran so smoothly thanks to all their help! As well as on the day coordination, they also helped to set up the day before and tidy up the day after, even cooking us a bacon sarnie in the morn! Unity Event Design made our wedding day Sharpham Trust so special! They supported us every step of the way, from measuring up at site visits, to helping source decorations, props and flowers (Holly-Bee Flowers), reviewing the ‘order of the day’ mega spreadsheet to coordinating the band, caterers and registrar on the day. They were the first to arrive and the last to leave. Bringing their massive Luton van loaded with everything for the ultimate alfresco meal and dancehall / bar. All completed with gorgeous flower arranging, a handmade bar and 100+ candles and fairy lights.

We used Unity Event Design at our wedding for bell tents, audio equipment and Leilah’s coordination on the day. All of our guests loved the bell tents and Nick and Leilah were very flexible with the bookings. The DJ equipment we used worked great and was a lot of fun. We had a lot of fun using the smoke machine and lighting. Leilah was super helpful in the lead-up to the big day, and her coordination on the day was absolutely amazing. There were points where I’m not sure how we would have done without her. She had to make snap-decisions, preparing for all the weather-related eventualities, and she came up with ideas and solutions on the spot I would never have thought of. These made our day that extra bit special. Couldn’t recommend enough.

From helping to source caterers, marquees and venues, to taking our vision and making it a reality with all the finer details and decor, we couldn’t have asked for more. She took all the stress away with managing our suppliers and liaising with them on the day, as well as on the day after once the dust had settled. For our wedding we hired 33 bell tents from Unity for our guests to stay on-site and used Leilah’s on-the-day coordination service. The bell tents looked beautiful and the service we received from Leilah was fantastic. Leilah was so helpful in the run up to the wedding, she answered all my questions so quickly and was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I am a person that worries about the details but with Leilah there on the day I was able to relax safe in the knowledge that she could handle anything that came up. I have no idea how we would have managed without Leilah on the day but I do know I would not have been as relaxed or enjoyed the day as much as I did without her there. Leilah and Nick at Unity Event Design were absolute legends! We had ambitious plans for the weekend including approx 20 heated bell tents for our guests, an all night cinema in the chapel, a tequila bar opening at 11am, a stretch tent for the ceremony and 200 guests in total. With their help, everything came together perfectly and they managed it all with bags of enthusiasm.

Who are we?
We’re Leilah and Nick Parkinson, the founders of Unity Event Design. Based in Exeter, Devon, we coordinate and style alternative weddings and events for free-spirited and adventurous people. Our business is making sure everyone has the best time, spreading the love all around.
You’ll have no need to worry about your wedding running smoothly. We know how to plan an epic wedding and we’re hands on – you’ll often find one of us up a ladder with cable ties in hand, spare sun cream and an umbrella ready to go.
